Shekinah Glory Ministry's "Champion" Music Video To Debut On Centric TV This Sunday

The million-selling Chicago-based ensemble known as Shekinah Glory Ministry (SGM) continues to dominate and set the standard for urban praise and worship music. Their current radio single, "Champion", moves up to #36 on this week's Nielsen BDS Top 100 gospel format play list report. The whimsically, uplifting track, is led by Danielle Nightingale Cargo's warm soprano.

The "Champion" music video, filmed live in Chicago this past April, will make its national television debut on the BET Centric TV cable channel's long-running inspirational video program, "Lifted," this Sunday, December 16th. The broadcast that features artists ranging from Jill Scott and John Legend to Mary Mary and Kirk Franklin, airs between 7-10 a.m. est.

Shekinah Glory Ministry's breakthrough radio smash was 2001's "Praise is What I Do," a now classic recording that earned the group its first gold and platinum awards. SGM is a dynamic coterie of psalmists, minstrels, and banner bearers who perform "under the anointing of the Holy Spirit. " Their Hebrew name means "the glorified presence of God." They've enjoyed other radio smashes such as "Jesus", "Yes" and "Just For Me." SGM has five gold or platinum CDs and DVDs to its credit. Visit www.kingdomrecordsinc.com for more info.
