TV Premiere Dates September 2014: Complete List of Sept. 2014 Television Season Releases

As Labor Day is unofficially considered to be the end of Summer, and the beginning of Fall, TV viewers know that this means a change in regular scheduled programming. There is no doubt that fans of the currently popular TV shows are looking forward to all the dramas and action thrillers that are returning to their respective networks.

Some of the bigger names on the list of renewals and continuations include 'Sons of Anarchy', 'The Blacklist', 'The Big Bang Theory', 'Scandal', and 'Shark Tank'.

Below is the schedule of television shows that are scheduled to premiere this September.

'Sons of Anarchy' (Sept. 9, 10 P.M.) - This is seventh and final season of the FX biker drama series and the show will kick off 10 days after Tara's death. Charlie Hunnam will be back as "Black Widower" Jax Teller in the first episode of Season 7 itself. In addition, there will be a host of new characters like 'Glee's' Lea Michelle, 'The Bridge' actress Annabeth Gish with rock stars Marilyn Manson and Courtney Love.

'The Voice' (Sept. 22, 8 P.M.) - This show will be returning for its Season 7. 'The Voice' is set to welcome two new coaches, Gwen Stefani and Pharrell Williams, who will join the two original coaches of the show, Adam Levine and Blake Shelton. While the former "No Doubt" singer hires husband Gavin Rossdale as her series mentor, Maroon 5's frontman hires country superstar Stevie Nicks.

'Sleepy Hollow' (Sept. 22, 9 P.M.) - Ichabod Crane is back fighting with a headless horseman during the show's Season 2. For the new season, Heather Lind is cast to play's Ichabod's crazy ex-girlfriend and Aunjanue Ellis will play as Ellis and Jenny's mom.

'The Blacklist' (Sept. 22, 10 P.M.) - In this series, veteran actor James Spader, Raymond "Red" Reddington will be back for yet another explosive action-drama season with Elizabeth Keen and together they will put away the most notorious criminals around. The show also stars Diego Klattenhoff, Harry Lennix, Jon Bokenkamp and John Davis.

'Scandal' (Sept. 25 9 P.M.) - This show will be returning for its 4th season. Olivia Pope (Kerry Washington) will be returning to the small screen for another scandalous season as a former media consultant to the President. The new cast of the show includes Matthew Del Negro, who portrays a top secret charater, Portia de Rossi, Mary McCormack, Josh Randall and Sonya Walger.
