Selena Gomez has had a busy year starring in the movie "Spring Breakers" and recording her debut solo album. 

Gomez has had singing hits like, "Love You Like a Love Song" but those were technically with her band, Selena Gomez & the Scene. They have sold over 2.3 million copies of their 3 studio albums. 

Gomez is scheduled to release her new solo album entitled Stars Dance on July 23, 2013. 

So with the release just a few weeks away, Gomez released a teaser video yesterday, on the 4th of July, to give her fans a small sample of a song off her new record. The video says "Stars Dance", not sure if that is referencing the album title again or the song sample from a song called "Stars Dance."

Her fans reaction has been positive to the new track and new sound. She seems to be experimenting with new sounds a lot, which could make for a fun new album. 

"Come & Get It" has already been released as her first single off of her upcoming album, so now we have another song to get a taste of the different feel the songs might have on the record. 

To spice things up even more before the release of her new record, she was spotted hanging out with Justin Bieber on the 4th of July. Is their relationship back on or are they just friends?

Gomez turns 21 on July 22nd, just one day before the release of her new album Stars Dance.
