Fans of the popular TV series 'Scandal' should be prepare as "Gladiators" for the upcoming Season 4 premiere of the show.
As a recap, the last time fans got a chance to see Olivia Pope, was when she took a one-way trip with Jake, with hopes to start a new life together. Also, it's important to remember that she has also quit OPA.
Additionally, fans can recall that Fitz and Mellie were arm in arm as they celebrated his win as President, during which Mellie was trying to contact Pope, but failed to do so.
Meanwhile, Jakes sent a special note to David Rosen that said, "Go get the bad guys." Whether he's trying to wish him good luck or he meant the message literally is unknown, but Rosen seemed to be enthusiastic about the message.
On a side note, Huck finally broke up with Quinn and went back to his first wife and son.
Unfortunately, according to reports, Columbus Short is exiting the show. He was fired by ABC after his run-ins with the law became public. He was also accused of domestic violence.
Short said he respects ABC's decision and that they "did the right thing" by firing him.
"I think, at a certain point, when you're [hearing] a barrage of stories after stories, ABC justifiably would want to distance themselves," he told Access Hollywood.
The actor also thanked his co-workers for their support even through the tough times.
"They did not throw me to the curb like trash -- that's my family," he said.
Meanwhile, 'Scandal', together with 'Grey's Anatomy' will be shifted an hour up to accommodate the new show, 'How to Get Away With Murder'.
'Scandal' and the other two shows on Thursday's line up will premiere on September 25.
