After losing the first two games to L.A., San Jose has bounced back tying the series with strong, physical play.

"I thought we really established our forecheck well and that helped us get our first goal," said San Jose head coach Todd McLellan. "That's the type of game we have to play because we have big bodies and some speed that we need to use to our advantage."

To defeat the surging Sharks, the Kings need more help scoring goals. Goalie Jonathan Quick earned 21 saves on Tuesday. Mike Richards was the only Kings player to score a goal. 21 saves to one goal equals losing postseason team.

"I think we battled back and made it close, but you don't get much for making it close," according to Kings coach Darryl Sutter. "I think our role players kept us in the game and they have in the past three games."

Luckily for the Kings, they have home arena advantage in Game 5. In the 2013 regular season the Kings won 79% of their games at home [19-4-1]. In the playoffs this year the Kings are a perfect 5-0 when playing in the Staples Center.
