Samuel L. Jackson Sings Taylor Swift Hit [Video]

When London radio show 95.8 Capital FM received a call from a listener hoping to send a message to her clueless ex-boyfriend, Samuel L. Jackson had no choice but to oblige. The listener wanted her boyfriend to know she wasn't going to put up with his lies and cheating ways so in a last ditch effort to make him realize it was over for good she requested, "We Are Never Ever Getting Back Together," the first single off of Taylor Swift's newest album, "Red."

This is the point where any other radio show would cue the three and a half minute track, grab a donut and check the Twitter feed. However, Capitol FM had Samuel L. Jackson in the house.

After the acoustic intro played through, the 64 year-old actor, who's starred in over 100 films, performed his own spoken word version on top of the song, in full Shatner style; curse words and all.

The genius, "Pulp Fiction-esque" take on the pop ballad has gone viral drawing praise all across the Internet.

Buzzfeed calls it, " better than the original."

"Sam's voice bore into our soul," wrote E! News.

The "Django Unchained" star even got the thumbs up from the boy toy songstress herself.

Swift tweeted on Wednesday, "Samuel L. Jackson. YES."

Truly a gifted actor, it seems Jackson was channeling his 2011 narration of Adam Mansbach's bestseller, "Go the F--- to Sleep."
