Samsung Galaxy Tab 4 8.0 Release Date, Specs: Company to Announce Launch on September 3?

Although Samsung has yet to officially confirm the Galaxy Tab 4 8.0 launch date, speculation is rife that the Korean tech titan will announce the release of this upcoming flagship tablet on September 3, just two days ahead of the IFA 2014.
