As Samsung just released the new Samsung Galaxy S4, we ease into the new rumors of the next generation Galaxy phone. South Korea is already underway with making the new Samsung Galaxy S5 as the rumored phone has already been leaked to the press. The new Samsung Galaxy S5 is said to have a 64-bit system processor in it. Korean Tech website IT Today reported that that 64-bit SoC is now officially ready to be manufactured . Samsung announced that it was in the final stages of developing the chip not too long after Apple reveiled the new iPhone 5S, which also features the 64-bit processor. There is also rumors that the new Samsung Galaxy S5 will feature 14nm process based on ARM's big.LITTLE platform which is also currently in the Exynos. 

Currently, rumors suggest that the new Samsung Galaxy S5 will be released as early as February 2014, but the usual Galaxy S series release is between April and May. It still is too soon to mark a set date for the upcoming phone, so February will have to do for now. Samsung is widely known for using it's own processing components in the Galaxy series, as well as third party distributors. The A7 processor is the first 67-bit chip that Samsung has incorporated into their flagships, however, it maybe the defining feature in upcoming Samsung phones.
