Samsung keeps churning out new phones and the latest release is the Galaxy S4 Zoom. 

It is basically going for the highest end camera and adding it onto a smartphone. It seems a bit bulky for an actual cell phone or when you are trying to make call, but if you are mostly using it for the camera then it could be the highest quality phone to come out yet. You can decide. 

Lets talk about the features and specs of this camera/smartphone mix. 

The phone has a built-in Optical Image Stabiliser? This helps keep photos good quality at high zooms and the "Zoom Ring" enables you to activate the camera by just twisting it, even if you are on a phone call. The Zoom Ring can also be used to navigate through other features on the phone as well. 

There is 8GB of internal storage and has support for up to 64GB of removable storage, which will give for long amounts of time to be able to shoot. 

The S4 Zoom will combine a 10x Optical Zoom, 16 Megapixel CMOS Senor, OIS and Xenon Flash. 

The display screen will be 4.3 inches and run on a dual-core processor using Android Jelly Bean 4.2, with the device weighing in at 208g. 

Samsung's popular Smart Mode will also be featured on the Zoom, this feature allows you to choose from a series of pre-set modes having the camera automatically adjust to ensure you get the best picture. 

The smartphone will also feature the new Samsung Hub, which is a one-stop destination with all of the latest videos, music, games and books. You can download all of your favorites with one touch of a button, directly from the device. 

Group Play is another feature that allows you to directly connect with other Samsung devices, allowing everyone to listen to a song or play a game together without the use of Wi-Fi or cellphone signal. 

The front facing camera is only a 1.9 megapixel camera, so that is definitely not a highlight of the new phone.

The new Galaxy S4 Zoom comes along with the release of the Samsung Galaxy S4 Active and the competitors Sony Xperia Z, which is a waterproof challenger to the smartphone.
