Samsung Galaxy S4 vs. iPhone 5 vs. Note 2 vs. HTC One vs. Galaxy S3: Tech Specs, Features...Which Should You Buy?
Unfortunately the Samsung Galaxy S4 smartphone isn't the phone everyone was hoping it would be. It's not equipped with an excellent batter, web browsing is simple and video playback is on par with every other one of its competitors. The Samsung Galaxy S4 is obviously an upgrade from its predecessor the Galaxy S3, but just an average leap forward.
When the Galaxy S3 first hit shelves, it didn't have the tech power to withstand the much more mainstream iPhone 5. Apple had already cultivated its fan base and wasn't going to budge. Bit by bit, with operating system upgrades (Android 4.1.2) and ToucWiz Nature the Galaxy series is clawing its way to the top.
The Galaxy S3 and Galaxy Note 2 even share some features in common, such as Multi Window, Pop-Up Play and a slew of new widets.
Comparing tech specs between the Galaxy S4, iPhone 5, Note 2, HTC One and S3, the top smartphones of today, is menial at best. Screen size, batter life, cameras...they're all relatively the same, with their differences marginal.
In an online poll comparing the iPhone 5 with the Galaxy S4, Samsung ended up garnering 75% of the vote while Apple unexpectedly earned a quarter of the votes at 25%.
Here's my personal ranking for 5 best smartphones on the market today:
1. Apple iPhone 5
2. Samsung Galaxy S4
3. Samsung Galaxy S3
4. HTC One
5. Samsung Galaxy Note 2
Either way, between the Apple iPhone 5 and Samsung Galaxy S4, you're getting a great phone. It's really more about the interface and what you feel most comfortable using.
