While it's still a way off, the Samsung Galaxy Note 3 already has the rumor mills screwing. According to recent reports, Samsung has got a huge spec bumps.

Recent production of Samsung's Galaxy S4 has just reached consumer's hands. The next versions of the company's popular Galaxy Note line-up, the Samsung Galaxy Note 3, have reached procurement thrust. This is going to be the best phablet in the market. Along with Samsung Galaxy S4, many other phablet with better specification is sold out like hot cake.

According to a few information from an unknown insider, Note 3 appeared to be considerably bigger than the Note 2.  And there is also combined information that Galaxy Note 3 could come with 3GB of RAM, which would be a major improvement from the current industry standards. Other specs include a 5.9-inch display, an eight-core Exynos 5 Octa processor and 2GB RAM. The phablet will also sport the industry standard of a rear-facing camera capable of taking 13-megapixel stills.

To consider about the release dates, the report suggested that the South Korean tech giant could make the device available in mid-June, which is a lot earlier than previous expectation. September 6 to 11 is the expected date mentioned before as per the tech specs.
