Darren Aronofsky is preparing for the release of the new film Noah. The movie is depicts the Bible's story of Noah's Ark.

The movie is set to release in theaters on March 28 of 2014, but reports have claimed that Paramount and Aronofsky are in a dispute about the final edits of the movie. The film has went past its projected budget of $150 million due to the cost of special effects.

The film will star Russell Crowe as Noah, Jennifer Connelly as Noah's wife, and Anthony Hopkins. A brief synopsis of the film was given saying, "A man (Anthony Hopkins) confirms this premonition and informs Noah that it fulfills a divine promise that "if man continued in his ways, the creator would annihilate this world."

A trailer for the film recently leaked online showing the struggle of a Noah as he builds his ark after waking from a dream and informing his wife that God is in fact planning to destroy the world.

None of the animals in the film are real and the only real footage viewers will see is the actors. The film has already received some bad criticism from Jewish and Christian audiences, which has said to have caused more tension between Paramount and Aronofky.
