Rihanna has recently revealed her collaboration with Stance socks. The twenty seven year old pop star surprised her fans with this surprise team up.

She will be working as the contributing Creative Director at the company, and she will be releasing a limited edition collection as well.

She kept the collaboration a secret, although it is not permanent. Rihanna only plans to release fifteen hundred limited edition pairs of socks, which will all be numbered from one to fifteen hundred, so fans who do not buy them as soon as possible will miss out.

The collection is called "Murder Rih Wrote", and features several different styles and patterns of socks, including over the knee, ankle, and red, black and white newspaper patterns.

Prices for the limited edition line will begin at twenty six dollars.

The collection will be available come September, and fans cannot wait to shop for them. It will no doubt be complete mayhem once the limited edition styles are released.

The president of the women's division of Stance Socks, Candy Harris, spoke to Vogue magazine about the new line.

"I know a lot of people are probably saying 'Why socks?' And that's really the beauty of it, and that's why Rihanna's perfect, because she's constantly innovating and looking to see whats next," said Harris in a statement to the fashion magazine. "Socks are not really a trend; they're a fashion staple."
