Rihanna and Scott had been linked after several sightings of them out and about together, the most recent being during New York Fashion Week, but now the couple has confirmed that they are indeed dating, according to E! News.

A source close to the couple states: "Travis and Rihanna are dating, officially. It's already very serious. He's very into her."

This certainly seemed the case when the superstar R&B artist and the rapper were seen together at an A-list event late last week.

Rihanna was then seen enjoying Travis' concert on Wednesday. The happy couple was spotted again at a private party at the Up and Down club.

"It's true, they were totally together," according to a source. "They were all over each other. It was very clear they were together."

To remove all doubt that the Barbadian beauty and Travis were into each other, they were spotted being very cozy and comfortable with each other at ROC Nation's block party.

"Rihanna likes Travis a lot and hopes it develops into something more," the source says. "All of her friends thinks he is gonna be the keeper. Travis is completely her type and they share the same interests."

Rihanna was reported to be seeing Formula 1 front-runner Lewis Hamilton earlier this summer - the speculation fueled when they were spotted together in Barbados.

Before that, she was linked to Karim Benzema, Real Madrid striker.

Now that the couple has officially announced their couple status, they plan to continue the rest of Fashion Week together and then look towards the future.
