After Rihanna and Chris Brown had their very public domestic dispute, which caused them to skip the Grammy Awards back in 2009, she revealed that she was going to do what she thought was best for her.

"I wasn't going to let anybody's opinion get in the way of that. Even if it's a mistake, it's my mistake. After being tormented for so many years, being angry and dark, I'd rather just live my truth and take the backlash. I can handle it," said Rihanna according to a report in the Latin Post.

The former couple released a duet together called "Nobodies Business" and appeared together at the Grammy Awards last year.

Currently there are reports of a romance between the "Diamonds" singer and Drake, which has been an off and on relationship for the past few years following their 2010 duet, "What's My Name."

Just a few days ago, the two singers were allegedly seen exiting the Hooray Henry's nightclub minutes apart through the backdoor exit and leaving the scene in the same vehicle.

Drake and Brown have clashed over Rihanna in the past, including one nightclub fight two years ago.

Brown went to court recently when a LA County Superior Court judge prohibited a prosecutor's motion to jail Brown pending a probation violation hearing related to his Rihanna assault incident.

The judge stated Brown seemed to be showing improvement in his anger management rehab program and should remain in it for the near future. Brown is still reportedly dating Karrueche Tran.
