Rihanna and Nicki Minaj may not have had the best of friendships from the get-go, but recent reports are saying that tension between them has escalated. Apparently, rumor has it that the two songstresses are fighting over rapper Drake.

According to OK! Mag, Minaj is not happy about how Rihanna is treating Drake as a boyfriend. Apparently, Minaj has some not so secret feelings for the "Started From the Bottom" rapper, as she recently said in an interview, "One day, I will run away with Drake and get married, but right now it's just a fantasy."

The two rappers recently collaborated on Minaj's song "Moment 4 Life."

In the midst of the alleged cat fight between Rihanna and Minaj, conflicting rumors say that RiRi and Drake have already split up. Apparently, the celebrity couple broke up last May, and even though the reason for the split has not been disclosed, many feel that it's because Rihanna didn't want to settle down just yet.

Evidence for some sort of feud between Minaj and Rihanna can be found all over. One memorable example is linked to the time when Minaj told Rihanna to "sit the **** down." This happened after Rihanna attempted to hug the her.

Even though tension may exist between the two female A-listers, the rumors about the reason behind their alleged cat fight, has not been confirmed.

On a side note, Minaj has just released a single she's been working on with Beyoncé, it's a remix of Beyoncé's "Flawless." Also, Minaj's "Anaconda" that released on August 4, is now available for download.
