On episode of Real Housewives of New York City that aired on July 7th, the ladies are still on their vacation in Turks and Caicos. The long trip seems to be putting everyone on edge, as the girls fight one another and meltdowns ensue.

The episode begins with Bethenny and Ramona arguing over lunch because Bethenny is fixing lunch for the ladies and Ramona wants everyone to go out for lunch instead.

Bethenny accuses her of always making everything about her. Eventually, Ramona changes her course and compliments Bethenny on her lunch.

While the ladies sit down to eat, Ramona shares her new idea for a book.

She says that she wants to write a book about her life, but Bethenny says that she will need a story arc, especially a resolution before beginning her book.

Then Heather and Bethenny fall out because Heather suggests that Ramona come up with a title that has never been used before, while Bethenny strongly believes that it does not matter if she chooses the same title as a book that was a best seller.

Heather calls Bethenny a "know it all". That night, the ladies head out for a night of dancing at Conch Bar, but tensions rise as Ramona makes a move on the bartender that Bethenny wanted to set Carole up with.

next day, Sonja plans a day of fun, but the ladies are still upset about the way that Ramona behaved the night before, and during dinner, Heather drops an F-bomb and when Luann chides her it turns into an argument about her parenting skills.

Heather says that they all swear, and Dorinda begins to cry thinking that she is being called a bad mom.
