The trailer for 'Resident Evil: Revelations 2' game series has just been released. The video footage for the long-awaited episodic game series features Resident Evil's returning heroine character, Claire Redfield, and Moira Burton - Resident Evil veteran Barry Burton's daughter, and the latest member of Terra Save, an anti-bio terror organization.

The trailer begins with a preview of a bloody detention cell, and then proceeds to show how Claire and Moira were singled out, sedated, and abducted. Claire wakes up at the bloody detention cell where monsters seem to roam around the halls.

Capcom summarizes 'Resident Evil: Revelations 2' as a mysterious episode as the two abductees were left no choice but to team up and trust each other, to get a better chance at winning the fight against demented enemies surrounding them, in what seems to be an abandoned facility on an isolated island. They will have to find and fight their way out, and more importantly, unravel who brought them there and why they did it in the first place.

Capcom's 'Resident Evil: Revelations 2' retails for $6 per episode while the full season is available for $25.

The full season bundle comes with bonus content, and if purchased with the retail disc, will also come with additional gameplay content.

The latest edition to the blockbuster 'Resident Evil' series will be made available on gaming platforms such as Sony's Playstation 3 and Playstation 4, Xbox One and Xbox 360, as well as on the PC.
