Former New York gubernatorial candidate Jimmy McMillan, famous for his "Rent is too damn high" message in 2011, is back again in the political arena and has announced his 2013 NYC mayoral campaign with a gangsta rap-inspired music video.  

Just want you would expect for a mayor hopeful right? 

"The race may be different, but the message is the same," McMillan says in his campaign anthem below. "R-I-T-D-H is gonna change the game."
