Following all the rumors and allegations about Renee Zellweger and a plastic surgery face lift, 'The Bridget Jones' Diary' actress revealed herself to the public with a smile on Monday, Oct. 27.

Media outlets online exploded after she appeared in public during the 2014 Elle Women in Hollywood Awards held at the Four Seasons in Beverly Hills-with a completely new look and strikingly different facial features.

Zellweger, wearing minimal make-up appeared "fresh-faced and almost wrinkle-free" on the red carpet event.

Afterwards, Zellweger was spotted with boyfriend Doyle Bramhall II in Mississippi wearing casual workout clothes and magenta rubber shoes while in town for her latest movie, 'Same Kind of Different As Me'.

The actress, who cemented her role in drama movies with the film 'Jerry Maguire' looked cute and blissful, wearing a big smile on her face while waving to the paparazzi in the photos.

Meanwhile, the 45-year old actress will make a comeback to the big screen, after a 5-year hiatus, with the film 'The Whole Truth' which will premiere on 2015.

Meanwhile, Zellweger has also begun filming for the faith-based drama 'Same Kind of Different As Me', which is based on the best-selling book written by Ron Hall, Denver Moore and Lynn Vincent. It showcases the true story of art dealer Ron Hall (Greg Kinnear) who is forced to take care of a perilous homeless man (Dijmon Hounsou) in order to save his marriage with his wife (Zellweger).

Several celebrities have expressed their thoughts on Zellweger reportedly having plastic surgery including reality TV star Heidi Montag and Julia Roberts.

Montag felt "empathy" to anyone who decided to go under the knife. "I don't know if Renee Zellweger just aged like she said, I don't really know," the former Hills star, 28, admitted.

"For me, when I see people who look totally different, I have an empathy. I feel like I know why at least I did it, and it kind of brings it back to that time in my life. It's just, I feel for them," Montag added.
