'Real Housewives of New York' Ramona Singer Divorce Update: 'Decided to Move On With My Life Without Mario'

'Real Housewives of New York' star Ramona Singer announced in a Twitter post on August 7 that she and her husband, Mario Singer, are getting a divorce.

The couple was on the road toward separating earlier this year, as they released a statement about their "amicable" split and that they're "focusing on their family during this difficult time." Ramona initially denied the allegation that Mario was cheating on her, but filed for divorce from him within the same month.

Instead of making a joint statement again, Ramona took to Twitter herself in an announcement.

"I have decided to move on with my life without Mario. I tried my best to make my marriage work," Ramona Singer wrote, "I am excited for the new chapter in my life."

Days before the announcement, Mario Singer was seen at Arlington Club at the Upper East Side. He was overheard saying he was "done" with the RHONY star.

An eyewitness pointed out to Confidenti@l that Mario was "all over the place." He appeared to be alone and have consumed one too many drinks. "He was carrying on, telling whoever was on the other end that it was done, that he wanted a divorce and couldn't take it any longer."

The couple has been married for more than 20 years and have a 19-year-old daughter named Avery.

In the second part of the show's reunion special, Andy Cohen prodded Ramona for information regarding her marriage. Ramona stonewalled the question indifferently. When asked about her family, she simply said that everybody is doing well and diverted the conversation to someone else.

A Bravo source revealed that the next season of RHONY will focus on the Singer's divorce and the producers want her to finally tackle the issues surrounding her husband's cheating.

'Real Housewives of New York' Reunion Part Three will air on Aug. 12.
