The 'Real Housewives of New York City' premiered its 15th episode on Tuesday with Aviva Drescher in the spotlight.

The video clip from the latest episode of the Bravo series started with a scene where Dresher is sitting together with cast mates Ramona Singer and Kristin Taekman.

"Do you believe this?" Drescher said to Singer pertaining to her participation in a women's trip to Montana that Taekman has organized.

"This woman is sitting here, saying that I'm making this s--t up," Drescher exclaimed when Taekman didn't believe her that she didn't join the trip due to health reasons, "That's a hell of an accusation, ma'am."

"Aviva, I still think it's crazy that like, you're totally fine and your health is perfect, and I invite you to Montana, and you can't go because you've got asthma all of a sudden," Taekman answered, according to US Weekly.

When Singer suggested that the trip and Drescher's health problem were so "coincidental," Drescher opened her bag and started throwing her prescriptions at Taekman to prove her health issues.

Meanwhile, rumors circulate that Bravo will be firing Drescher from the show. The network is reportedly tired of watching the reality star exaggerate her health problems, according to the Hollywood Gossip.

"But right now what happened was, I didn't go to the Berkshires because I had to go visit my kids at sleep-away camp so I didn't film that weekend," Drescher said when asked if she was fired, according to KPOPSTARZ, "I'm going to be on the rest of the season. ... But if they do ever fire me, it's not something I would get depressed about. I could live with that."

The 'Real Housewives of New York City' airs Tuesday 9 p.m. EST on Bravo.
