The trial for Teresa Guidice and Joe Giudice has been postponed again. However, the 'Real Housewives of New Jersey' star is still off the show for good.

According to TMZ, they couple is selling their house for $3.99 million, knowing that they will need the money for the fines, probation fees, and the lawyers-for the trial.

A guilty plea has been made by the two celebrities, but the lawyers still managed to postpone the sentencing date. The couple was supposed to be sentenced on September 23. However, reports said that the lawyers wanted more time to collect all the important information regarding the trial.

The new date for the trial is on October 2. The lawyers kept postponing the date since earlier this year. The couple might have hoped that they could just keep postponing to bide them some more time on the outside. But, nothing could change the fact that Teresa Guidice will no longer be on the show.

According to Celebrity Dirty Laundry, the couple will be going through divorce as soon as the husband goes to jail after the sentencing. The sooner Teresa gets the divorce, the sooner she could start building her life back, right from the very bottom.

For now, there is only speculation saying that the couple will try to get their lawyers to set them free with just probation and no prison time.
