The worst part, in Teresa's mind, is that the criminal charges could affect the lives of her children. It would be hard for a mother to be active in her kids' lives if she were behind bars.

Recently, rumors have been saying that Teresa's friends have been advising her to leave the show and to spend as much time with her children as possible. Some feel this would be the best for her and her family, as the court has yet to reach a verdict on her charges, a decision that could severely impact the rest of their lives.

Beyond that, Teresa isn't the only controversial star on 'Real Housewives of New Jersey'. The two newcomers, Nicole Napolitano and Amber Marchese, have brought with them some heavy drama. Recently, the pair was involved in a heated argument after Nicole confronted Amber about something that Melissa Gorga said. Apparently, Amber was deemed a home-wrecker which didn't go over calmly on the show.

According to Hollywood Gossip the argument escalated into a full blown physical fight. It seems unlikely that a resolution between the grudging two will be seen by fans of the show anytime soon.
