It was just confirmed by multiple reports that 'Real Housewives of Beverly Hills' star Kim Richards is back in rehab, as she checked in recently after reports say she was arrested for intoxication, trespassing, resisting and battery on a police officer.

The news came out just a few days before her highly criticized interview with Dr. Phil comes out. The interview, where she stormed off, talked about her problems with sobriety. Apparently, Richards wants to end her struggle and get help once again.

"Kim went to rehab finally because she got arrested, she humiliated her kids and she wants to avoid jail," a source told People while several news agencies have been trying to reach Richards' people to comment on what's happening with the reality star.

Richards, 50-years old, who at first appeared for the Dr. Phil interview ready to answer some pretty hard questions about her sobriety stormed off apparently angry with the questions being thrown at her by the host.

"I poured a drink of vodka, and I thought, 'Oh my God, what have I done?'" she told Dr. Phil as seen on the preview video released. "I'm beating myself up over this," she added.

After the calm statements of Richards, Dr. Phil then asked the reality star, "Are you living a lie telling everybody, 'I've been sober for three years?'" he asked then added, "You are drunk in a bar fighting with a cop. That is not good mothering."

Then Richards, angered by the questions said, "Is this an intervention?" she asks before storming out of the interview. "I'm sorry, I can't," she added. It was indeed a very intense short interview which was interrupted by the heightened emotions of Richards getting angry at Dr. Phil.

However, the interview will be released soon according to reports but Richards' current situation is still unknown as the media waits for her response after receiving the news of her checking into rehab once again.
