‘Real Housewives of Atlanta’ News: Apollo Nida Going to Prison? RHOA Men to Star on a Separate Show [INTERVIEW]

Real Housewives of Atlanta support cast member Apollo Nida is most likely going to prison for 30 years, according to co-star Peter Thomas. Phaedra Parks' husband is set to receive sentencing on July 8 after he pleaded guilty on multiple charges of fraud including tax evasion. Additionally, rumors surfaced that the men of RHOA might star on their own reality TV show back to back with their wives.

In an interview with Thomas, he said that Nida is doing well and it seems like he was preparing for his upcoming conviction. Since the admission of his crimes, Nida has been vocal about the pressures of being Phaedra's husband, a lawyer, and a reality TV artist. He made mention that it served as motivation for his participation in a $3 million money laundering regime.

"Apollo's never had a handout from day one. Never asked for nothing, never been given anything. Ever. So, you know, whatever she has, she has. Apparently the prenup says she can keep whatever she has," Thomas explained.

While Apollo might be spending nights in uncertainty over his imprisonment, his wife is currently on vacation in Mexico to attend a friend's birthday. Parks also posted a snapshot of her with her girlfriends aboard an exclusive yacht dressed in their swimsuits. On the other hand, Nida is busy preparing for a special day with his son, Ayden.

He said, "Every year I take Ayden to watch the fireworks over at Lenox Mall. There's a hotel, and I like to get a suite to watch it outside and see it from the room, just chilling with the family." Nida defended that they have been working on their relationship even though the two were not seen in public for the past 90 days, reported Radar Online.
