Pure Flix to Release “Revelation Road” March 12th
Pure Flix Entertainment just announced the release of their latest feature film Revelation Road. The Christian film production company based in Scottsdale, Arizona produces, distributes and markets family friendly, Christian themed movies.
Pure Flix's mission statement is to "transform the human spirit through values based entertainment." With that in mind, Pure Flix has always worked to serve alongside the church by providing affordable and effective Movie Ministry solutions to use for outreach, church growth, fellowship opportunities, small group ministry and sermon messages.
Scheduled for a March 12th release, Revelation Road follows the story of a traveling salesman named Josh McManus. After a series of unfortunate events, Josh, who has a troubled past, winds up warring with an outlaw biker gang led by their ruthless leader, Hawg.
Out of nowhere, everything turns to chaos. After a sudden flash in the sky, a series of earthquakes and lightning storms mark what some believe to be the rapture. Will Josh find strength in God or succumb to his greatest fears?
Filmed in Lancaster, California, David A. R. White (The Visitation), the actor who plays Josh, prepared for his role by enlisting in marine boot camp. Also starring Brian Bosworth (The Expendables 3), Ray Wise (X-Men: First Class), and Steve "Sting" Borden (Walker, Texas Ranger), Revelation Road was directed by Gabriel Sabloff.
Here's an exclusive look at a trailer for Revelation Road.
