Prince William Joins Taylor Swift, Bon Jovi on Stage to Sing "Livin' On A Prayer" for Homeless Charity Event

As if being the next King of England wasn't enough, Prince William graced the stage to perform "Livin' On A Prayer" with Bon Jovi and country-pop songstress Taylor Swift. The crowd at the charity gala at Kensington Palace earlier in the week was the lucky crowd to see William's first and last on-stage performance. Prince [the singer] surprised the famous trio by joining them for the rock anthem.

"I'm not doing that again," the Prince said as he was jokingly encouraged to get back on for an encore with homeless children whom the charity was benefiting.

Bon Jovi didn't share in William's self-deprecating nature, tweeting after the performance: "HRH has it. If he ever wants to give up his day job, we could do a charity single."

Even at the request of the chairwoman of the board of the homeless charity for William to get back on stage to showcase his dance moves, the next-in-line refused.

"You haven't rapped yet," she pointed out the Prince.

"I draw a line there," William replied.

Actor Colin Firth, singer/songwriter James Blunt and Downton Abbey star Michelle Dockery were also in attendance. Jon Bon Jovi was honored with the Centrepoint Youth Inspiration Award.

The eight-day event raised roughly 1 million pounds for the homeless charity.
