Serebii has announced that a four-day Eevee tournament is to take place on July 11, registration for the event will begin July 3 to July 10.

A recent report in the IBTimes about the tournament says that participants will receive 1,000 PokeMile points and all battles must incorporate at least one of Eevee's evolutionary forms or Eevee itself.

Meanwhile, the forthcoming Pokemon Omega Ruby and Alpha Sapphire games will be released on two separate dates. For North America, Austrailia, and Japan, the games will be released on November 21, while Europe is set to receive them November 28.

It has been solidified that Pokemon Omega Ruby as well as Alpha Sapphire will be introducing Mega Evolutions in their versions of the game.

So far, it has been confirmed that Sceptile (Grass/ Dragon), Diancie (Rock/ Fairy) and Swampert (Water/ Ground) will be receiving the special evolutions. In addition, Pokemon, Groudon and Kyogre, the two legendary covers, would also be receiving special evolutions. While the first three will receive the special evolutions via the Mega Bangle, the last two legendary creatures will be getting evolution through Ancient Devolution. Sableye will also be a Mega Evolution.

IBTimes reports that the game highlights two different teams, subject to the version of the game one. While Pokemon Omega features team Magma, Alpha Sapphire features team Aqua.

In fact, Omega Ruby and Alpha Sapphire games are actually remakes of the Game Boy Advance classics that were first released in 2003 as Ruby and Sapphire.
