More and more information is being put out by Nintendo regarding their remakes of the Hoenn region Pokemon games, Ruby and Sapphire. Currently, a whole list of new Mega Evolutions for the remakes is filling up with new Pokemon.

Currently, the list has Mega Sceptile, Mega Swampert, Mega Sableye, Mega Metagross, Mega Latios and Latias, as well as Mega Diancie. Adding extra to the new stuff that will be coming out to Omega Ruby and Alpha Sapphire are the retrograde versions of the flagship Pokemon, Kyogre and Groudon.

Nintendo recently released a few seconds of footage as updates, where the newest addition to the Mega Evolution list, Mega Metagross can be seen in action. Parts of the included soundtrack can also be heard.

The bosses for Team Flare and Team Aqua, Maxie and Archie, were revealed to have a wardrobe change, and the change brought about the two characters wearing Mega Evolution stones as part of their clothing. The stones would mean that Nintendo would be planning to give the two team leaders their respective mega evolved Pokemon.

It is still unconfirmed as to what these Pokemon are, but if it stays true to the original Hoenn region games, then gamers could be seeing a Mega Sharpedo and Mega Camerupt in the future. Maxie and Archie did have other Pokemon they used to battle the protagonist trainer, but their final Pokemon, Camerupt and Shapedo, were their most powerful.

Even so, mega evolutions of their other Pokemon like Mightyena and Crobat are possible, but it will be highly likely that their most powerful Pokemon will get mega evolutions.
