'Pokémon Zeta/Omicron’ 2 News: Game To Get A Sequel, ‘Pokémon Insurgence’ Adds Features, Mega Evolutions

The fan-made 'Pokémon Zeta/Omicron' game might be getting a sequel that goes by the name of 'Pokémon Insurgence', as something of that nature is reportedly in the works. While the news about it remains speculation, the new game is already rumored to be adding additional mega evolutions.

While, 'Pokémon Insurgence" is not an official Pokémon game, it does features customization, mega evolutions, and secret bases.

The game features built-in challenges and adds some megas of its own. Despite the game having Delta Pokémon, players can also add armor to their favorite fighting companions.

A Delta Pokémon has genetic mutation that make them different, and the armor can only be used for specific Pokémon.

The problem with actual Pokémon games is that some features will only appear in a certain generation and disappear in subsequent games, says Kotaku.

On that note, a demo of 'Pokémon Insurgence' will be released before the end of November 2014.

The game is fan-made and programed using Role Playing Game Maker XP. For those that may not know, the game is set in the Torren Region.

Torren Region is a place where legendary Pokémon-worshipping cults are fighting for world domination, according to Kotaku.

In the game, Mew can transform into different things and this allows the player to get to areas that are hard to reach.

Players can send and receive Pokegenned eggs, which they can hack and hatch in the game.

The player can change completely in the game and the player's shoes can be removed as well. In the game, the Flygonite will be a mystery gift and the game has convenience features as well.

The secret bases are bigger and better than ever before and they can be customized. In the game, players can visit their friend's secret bases and they can play safari, capture the flag, or lay traps.
