PlayStation Plus December 2014 & January 2015 Free Games: PS4 Titles Added to Instant Game Collection

Following PlayStation Plus' announcement of free games this month in Europe and North America, Sony is again gearing up its launch of free games for the PS4 for December and January.

Sony revealed that in December 2014, the DC superhero fighting game, 'Injustice: Gods Among Us Ultimate Edition' and the indie multiplayer game, the 'Secret Ponchos', will be included in the Instant Game Collection and will be available to all Playstation Plus members on PS4 for free.

Meanwhile, in January next year, the list of free games will include the puzzle game, 'The Swapper', 'Infamous: First Light' and 'Infamous: Second Son'.

However, Sony PlayStation has yet to announce this month's list of free games lined up for PS3.

Although the free games announcement was only made known via the European PlayStation Blog, it is expected to take effect in North America as well, following the earlier announcement of free games for the PS+, which was rolled-out not only in Europe, but also in North America.

Traditionally, PlayStation Plus offers up to six free games for each month, so members can expect that Sony will be revealing two more PS3 games and two PS Vita games that will be revealed as an addition to the list of free games for December and January.

In addition to the announcement, PlayStation's blog also revealed that the 'DRIVECLUB' PS Plus Edition, is still not ready to be launched in the Instant Game Collection

Game developers and the Evolution Team are working to get 'DRIVECLUB' up and running and will be launching the 'DRIVECLUB' PS Plus Edition to members once it is ready.
