The tragic death of Paul Walker is taking a new turn as the actor's extensive fortune and estate now have to be split according to his wishes in his will.

Walker had a net worth of approximately $25 million at the time of his death, and according to documents obtained by TMZ, the entire estate and fortune was left to his 15-year-old daughter Meadow Walker.

Walker's father is the named executor of the will and filed it in court. Per Walker's will, his mother Cheryl is supposed to take custody of Meadow and be in charge of the large fortune.

A conflict may arise because Meadow is currently living with her mother Rebecca Soteros. It is unclear whether or not Soteros knows of the arrangement, and whether she would be willing to agree to the will without legal conflict.

Today a Fast & Furious 7 trailer was leaked online, and ironically depicted a funeral scene that the entire cast including Walker attended. It became surreal when Tyrese Gibson's character looks over at Walker's character and said, "I can't do no more funerals."
