Oscars 2014 Red Carpet Live Stream Free: Watch Jennifer Lawrence, Kerry Washington Online, See Their Oscars Dress (ABC TV Schedule, Start Time)

When The Oscars take place this Sunday March 2 for the movie industry's biggest awards night, all eyes will be on the red carpet for latest fashion trends.

Fashion trendsetters Jennifer Laurence, Kerry Washington and Meryl Streep are expected to attend the 86th annual Academy Awards. Meryl Streep is nominated for the Best Actress category for her role as Violet Weston in the 'August: Osage County' movie. In addition, Jennifer Lawrence is nominated for Best Actress in a Supporting Role for her role as Rosalyn Rosenfeld in 'American Hustle' film.

Some actors also go to nutritionists and trainers in order to help them look and feel their best prior to Sunday's Oscar red carpet coverage.

Heather Bauer is a nutritionist and author who has worked with celebrities such as Tyra Banks. Bauer instructs stars to eliminate the worst offenders in their diet in the weeks prior to Oscar night. Her list of worst diet offenders are the bread basket, white refined processed sugars and all the extra things people do not essentially think about such as eating trail mix and frozen yogurt. She considers sugar-free candy and gum as foods that can cause actors to gain weight just before the big night on Sunday.

Jay Cardiello is a celebrity trainer and nutrition expert whose client list includes Minka Kelly, agrees with Bauer's views.

"I always have people stay away from refined sugar and refined flour, a lot of wheat products and processed foods, alcohol, butter, sugars, margarine, anything the food wouldn't necessarily have when it's prepared for them," said Cardiello to CBS News in a recent report.

Cardiello believes the actor's sacrifice will be worth it when star makes grand entrance on the red carpet this Sunday.

"At the end of the day, people need to realize that the person walking the red carpet, whether it's male or female, is a brand," said Cardiello to CBS News adding. "There's a lot of things that go forth. It's not just 'I look good in the Vera Wang.' It's, 'The Vera Wang looks great on me.'"

The Oscars will broadcast live from the Dolby Theater in Los Angeles on ABC on Sunday, March 2, at 8:30 p.m. ET. The red carpet coverage starts at 7 p.m. ET on ABC. In addition, The Oscars can be viewed online through live stream by clicking here.
