The 2014 Oscars take place this Sunday with millions set to watch the movie industry's biggest awards night of the year. Ellen DeGeneres will be returning as the host for the Academy Awards for a second time since 2007.

The Academy Awards' list of 46 presenters for the annual event includes a lot of former Oscar nominees and winners. The Oscar nomination presenters list includes legendary actors such as Sidney Poitier, Robert De Niro, Sally Field, Bill Murray, Glenn Close, Jamie Foxx and John Travolta to name a few.

For Best Picture, 'American Hustle' along with 'Nebraska', 'Philomena', 'Captain Phillips', 'Dallas Buyers Club', 'Her', '12 Years a Slave', 'The Wolf of Wall Street' and 'Gravity' will battle for the Academy Awards top prize this Sunday.

For Best Actor, 'Nebraska' star Bruce Dern looks to finally add an Oscar award to his legendary film career, but 'American Hustle' Christian Bale, 'The Wolf of Wall Street' Leonardo DiCaprio, 'Dallas Buyers Club' Matthew McConaughey and '12 Years a Slave' Chiwetel Ejiofor are all trying to win the prestigious award for men in the entertainment field.

For Best Actress, 'Gravity' star Sandra Bullock looks to win another Oscar award since her 2009 role as Leigh Anne Tuohy in 'The Blind Side'. However she faces tough competition with 'August: Osage County' Meryl Streep, 'Philomena' Judi Dench, 'Blue Jasmine' Cate Blanchett and 'American Hustle' Amy Adams are all competing to win the prominent award for women in the entertainment industry.

For Best Actor in a Supporting Role, 'Captain Phillips' Barkhad Abdi competes with 'Wolf of Wall Street' Jonah Hill,  'Dallas Buyers Club' Jared Leto, 'American Hustle' Bradley Cooper and '12 Years a Slave' Michael Fassbender for the award.

For Best Actress in a Supporting Role, 'American Hustle' Jennifer Laurence has solid competition with '12 Years a Slave' Lupita Nyong'o, 'August: Osage County' Julia Roberts, 'Blue Jasmine' Sally Hawkins and "Nebraska" June Squibb all nominated for the award.

For Best Director, 'American Hustle' David O. Russell along with 'Gravity' Alfonso Cuarón, 'Nebraska' Alexander Payne, '12 Years a Slave' Steve McQueen and legendary "The Wolf of Wall Street" director Martin Scorsese are all vying for the highest honor for movie directors this Sunday.
