'Orange is the New Black' Season 2 Spoilers: Cast Member Taryn Manning Predicts More Human Side to "Pennsatucky" in Netflix Series

Part of what makes Netflix's breakout new show Orange is the New Black is it large cast of kooky characters. With a cast full of names like "Taystee" and "Crazy Eyes" it's not hard to see why they're in prison to begin with. However Taryn Manning, aka "Pennsatucky" [the self-proclaimed Christian disciple] says fans of the show will see a different, more human side to her character when the show returns for the Season 2 premiere spring 2014.

"I think there's actually a person in there, but she's so far gone from drugs and the actual damage from taking methamphetamine, which is just like the most epically, gnarly drug on the planet," Manning told Wochit.

While Orange is the New Black Season 2 spoilers are at a minimum, even online, series creator Jenji Kohan has confirmed a new show on the way. Partnering with producers Tracy and Bruce Miller, Kohan is planning a new series based on the Salem Witch Trials. If Kohan's previous work is any indication don't expect the next American Horror Story. Though little as far as plot concepts has been revealed, chances are the new show will be in the same darkly comedic vein as OITNB.

Orange is the New Black Season 2 returns to Netflix at some time in early 2014. Stay tuned for plot and premiere details!
