The OnePlus 3 is set to be released on June 14, according to PC Tablet. The publication added that the upcoming mobile phone has secured clearance from the United States-based Federal Communications Commission (FCC), a few days after the Chinese telecom equipment certification authority TENNA cleared the handset.

According to GSM Arena, the OnePlus 3 A3000 and A3003 models have already got their FCC certification; thus, this signals the phone's upcoming launch for public consumption.

The report noted that FCC revealed that the phone is set to have the dimensions of 151 by 74 by 7 millimeters and weight 158.75 grams, which is not far from TENNA's specs of 152.6 by 7.6 by 7.3 millimeters and weight of 160 grams

Along with the dimensions, the OnePlus 3 is set to feature a 5.5-inch AMOLED FHD display, 64GB internal storage, and 4GB of RAM. It is set to carry Snapdragon 820 processor and run Android 6.0.1 Marshmallow on top of Oxygen OS 3.1.0, as per PC Tablet.

According to the publication, the mobile phone is also set to have a 16MP rear camera, with autofocus sensor, LED flash, and OIS. In addition, its front camera is set to have 8MP with LED flash.

The OnePlus 3 is also set to have a 3000mAh battery, which means the device's power should last fairly long. In addition, Loop VR headsets are also compatible with the device.

Expected release date for the OnePlus 3 is set for June 14.
