One Direction Announce new Upcoming Album Named "Midnight Memories" and Release Date / Best Song Ever Video Inside

British boy band, One Direction announced Friday that they will be releasing third studio album, Midnight Memories. The album release date is set for November 25. The album will include hit single Best Song Ever, which was awarded "Song of the Summer" at this past MTV VMAs.

The album will be available for pre-order on September 9. The album is a follow up to 2012s album Take me Home and 2011s Up All Night album, which made it number 1 on the Billboard's top 200. No official track list has been released for Midnight Memories, but is sure to be revealed in the upcoming months.

One Direction took to Instagram where they posted a video announcing the album with the hashtad #1DAlbumTitle.

One Direction has been ramping up their publicity this year with the release of their Sony concert movie This is Us that came in the No. 2 spot in the box office trailing behind Lee Daniels: The Butler starring Forest Whitaker and Oprah Winfrey. This is Us was directed by Morgan Spurlock and seen $18 million over its three-day premiere in the United States and overseas the film seen $14.5 million.
