The Oklahoma City Thunder will face the Los Angeles Clippers on October 30 at the Staples Center in Los Angeles, California.

The Thunder continues their 2014-2015 season on the road, when Oklahoma City looks to spoil the Clippers season opener this Thursday night.

Thunder coach Scott Brooks recently discussed the injuries that are currently plaguing several Oklahoma City players including Kevin Durant (broken right foot), Jeremy Lamb (back pain) and Reggie Jackson (right ankle injury)

"Never seen anything like it," said Brooks to reporters.

"But like I say all along, it's part of the game. It's things you can't control. The only thing you can control is to continue to prepare on how we play and that's what we'll do."

Meanwhile, the Clippers attempt to protect their home court versus the Thunder on Opening Night.

Clippers head coach Doc Rivers expressed his thoughts regarding his team's recent success, highlighted by winning their Pacific division two consecutive years in a row.

"We have no history," said Rivers to reporters.

"You might as well start parading something. It's nothing deeper than that. I don't love them. I hope someday we can remove them all and put the real banners up but right now we have to start from somewhere. I think anything that associates yourself with winning anything in this organization is important."

Clippers' unstoppable superstar power forward Blake Griffin echoed his head coach's sentiments regarding their franchise's recent success, despite the controversy that surrounded their former owner Donald Sterling this past season.

"They look cool but honestly I never really look up there and think about it," said Griffin to reporters.

"I never say, 'Ah, yes, we did that.' Like we've said for the past several years, we want more than that. It's cool, but it's not something where I would bring someone in for a tour and walk them in front of the banners. No."
