Thunder vs Clippers Live Stream Free: Watch Online NBA Playoffs 2014 (TV Start Time, Schedule)
The Los Angeles Clippers will face off against the Oklahoma City Thunder at the Chesapeake Energy Arena tonight in Oklahoma City as the NBA 2014 Playoffs continue amid controversy surrounding Clippers owner Donald Sterling's recent racist statement.
The game will start at 9:30 p.m. ET and can be watched online through live stream via the link provided below (free for subscribers).
The Clippers owner is banned from attending Monday night's game after he was recorded saying derogatory remarks against minorities to his ex-girlfriend V. Stiviano, who is bi-racial. The Clippers recently defeated the Warriors by 126-121 on Saturday to eliminate them from postseason contention.
In Game 7, Blake Griffin scored 24 points to lead the Clippers to the victory a few days ago. The Clippers are looking to win their first ever championship this year, in addition to not allowing their owner's statements to taint their wonderful season thus far.
"I'm just happy we pulled it out,'' said Paul to reporters after he totaled 22 points and 14 assists in Game 7. "It's going to sound crazy, but it was all about tonight. Everything else was in the past. We didn't dwell on all that stuff, and not to diminish how serious everything has been in the past week or so. It was all about basketball tonight.''
The Thunder are looking to defeat the Clippers at home tonight when the two teams battle each other in the semi-finals round of the playoffs. In Game 7, Russell Westbrook had had an impressive triple-double performance when he totaled 27 points, 10 rebounds and 16 assists to ignite the Thunder to the 120-109 victory to eliminate the Memphis Grizzlies in the first round two days ago.
Now the Thunder look to defeat a team with similar championship aspirations, the Clippers on Monday evening. Thunder superstar Kevin Durant is looking for the first championship of his NBA career and the franchise first championship since 1979 when the team was formerly known as Seattle SuperSonics.
"I got out of my own way," said Durant to reporters after scoring 33 points in Game 7 versus the Grizzles. "I was thinking too much. I was worrying about what you guys [the media] were saying. I was worrying about what shots I was going to shoot throughout a game. I was thinking too much, and the game of basketball is played off of instincts."
Game 1 will start at 9:30 p.m. ET and can be watched on TV on the TNT network or online through live stream by clicking here.
