Nokia Lumia 1020 released, Cutting edge 41MP Camera and includes Windows Phone 8 OS

Finally, a phone zoom that works! Nokia released the Nokia Lumia 1020 yesterday which featured unparalleled advancements in zoom technology. Essentially, its 41 Mega pixel sensor allows people to increase their stability and clarity while taking pictures with their camera phone in zoom mode.

"Using a new feature called dual capture, the Nokia Lumia 1020 simultaneously takes a high resolution 38 megapixel image for endless editing opportunities, and creates a 5 megapixel picture that is easy to share to social networks with Windows Phone 8," Nokia reps wrote in a press release.

Its offered at $300 through a contract with AT&T, and thats not bad considering its already being called the best photography for camera phones. The camera providing legitimate competition for point and shoot cameras, easily bridging the game to make the dated technology extinct.

Its sleek, minimalist design and creative set-up through Windows Phone 8 is finally offering users an option that bends to creativity by allowing a customized home screen and priority apps that has always been missing in big competitor, Apple's, world.

The phone is currently available for pre-orders and will be available in store on July 26.

"For anyone who prioritizes taking the best photos on a phone, the Lumia 1020 seems to have it all - even getting app partners on board, such as Path, giving you a place to share. I doubt this will inspire many iPhone or Android users to switch, especially since it's only on AT&T, but for mobile shutterbugs who really can't bring themselves to carry around a dedicated camera, the 1020 is worth a good, long look."-Mashable's Pete Pachal said in his review.
