Darren Aronofsky and Paramount Pictures Release "Noah" Movie Trailer

After many rumors and being leaked, Darren Aronofky's exclusive Noah trailer has been officially released.

The film will star Russell Crowe, Jennifer Connelly, Anthony Hopkins, Ray Winstone, and Emma Watson and is based on the Biblical story of Noah.

Noah (Russell Crowe) awakes from a dream where he envisioned the end of the world. Methuselah (Anthony Hopkins) confirms Noah's premonition and he goes on to build an ark to protect the innocent from the flood, but a villain (Ray Winstone) does everything in his power to stop Noah's attempt.

It's rumored that the film's $130 million budget put a rift between Aronofsky and Paramount after the cost exceeded the budget due to the cost of special effects. Noah has also received some bad feedback from Jewish and Christian audiences who claim the film to be an "un-authentic adaption," but what would you expect from a film that focuses on an event that took place during the B.C. era?

Noah will hit theaters on March 28, 2014. You can watch the official trailer below and stay tuned for more news and updates.
