The Nintendo Wii Mini was officially released to the public last fall, but the U.S. was  unfortunate enough to be able to participate in the Nintendo Wii Mini rampage. The only console left of the original Wii was released to the U.K and Canada this time last year for a total of $99. With the Wii Mini sales being quite low the U.S missed out on the gaming system. The Nintendo Wii Mini is now the last of the Wii as the original larger console has been discontinued, and now the mini is taking it's place. A smaller version, and less satisfactory, the Wii Mini doesn't allow internet compatabilities. With the Christmas Holiday coming up the Wii expansion is a definite must for Nintendo as they strive to have higher sales in the next quarter.

Though the U.S. is the only place actually making some of the original consoles, the Wii Mini is the only device similar to the orginal except it doesnt have Wifi and Game Cube support. Yet, Wii Mini's will still allow the gamer to access the library that has over 1,300 games on the console, even the newly added Mario Kart. The Nintendo Wii bundle will come complete with one Wii control device, Mario Kart, and a Nunchuck attachment. It is said to also have new games such as Super Mario 3D World on November 22, Donkey Kong Country: Tropical Freeze in December, the Mario Kart 8 and Super Smash Bros in early 2014. The original gaming console Wii, which was debuted in 2006, has sold over 100-million units to today and Mario Kart was the highest selling game of the devce by selling over 34-million copies since 2008.
