The New York Knicks will battle the Washington Wizards on November 4 at Madison Square Garden in New York, New York.

The Knicks (2-1) are looking to extend their current winning streak to three games when they hosts the Wizards at the 'World's Most Famous Arena'.

"Their effort in just trying to do what we're asking them to do is really high," said Knicks head coach Derek Fisher to reporters.

"Even though we are making some mistakes, we are still making it hard for teams to score in a lot of situations."

The Knicks recently defeated the Charlotte Hornets by a final score of 96-93 on Sunday night after Carmelo Anthony scored 28 points, where he became the 40^th man in NBA history to score at least 20,000 career points.

"I never thought I would be here actually talking about me reaching that milestone," said Anthony to reporters.

"I'm definitely humbled by this experience. I got more to go."

Meanwhile, The Wizards (2-1) look to spoil the Knicks' good vibes and extend their winning streak to three games on Tuesday night.

Washington beat the Milwaukee Bucks by a score of 108-97 on November 1 after Knicks former nemesis Paul Pierce was ejected out of the game before halftime in his first home game as a Wizard.

"He lost his composure a little bit," said Wizards head coach Randy Wittman to reporters.

"I didn't think he deserved the second [technical], I think that was too quick. He deserved the first one. I think he was trying to get one, to be honest with you, and the second one was uncalled for."

"But at the same time, I knew, hey, it's an opportunity to step up."
