NCIS: Los Angeles Season 5, Episode 1 " Ascension", aired last Tuesday by opening up the seasons series with Sam and Deeks recovering from the traumatic torture that they both encountered during last season by the acclaimed villian Sidorov. The episode continues with putting another major villian of the TV series behind bars, Janvier. Yet, Janvier promises that his revenge will soon be implemented and that the NCIS team has not seen the last of him.

   With the season beginning with an emotional premiere, what does this mean for the LA team. Will Janvier keep his word and in fact escape prison? Or is he right? The NCIS team has not seen the last of him because ultimatley he is still alive and quite well it seems, so there is a minor change Janvier can in fact seek revenge on the team. In Episode 2, the cast trys to go back to reality but it doesnt seem that it was as easy hoped for.The NCIS:LA team works a plane crash  that turns out to be sabotage as the team discovers more clues for the case. Lastly, Deeks begins to lose it as Hetty becomes nervous about his return to work and his mental  state of mind. The NCIS:Los Angeles new Episode "Impact" will appear tonight on CBS.
