CBS has officially renewed the military-crime drama series 'NCIS: Los Angeles' for a sixth season wihch is set to air on September 29, 2014.

Recent reports claim that the latest two episodes of Season 6 have already been filmed. This is not only exciting for fans, but it also confirms many of the previous casting rumors.

Some of the actors and actresses that will appear this season include, Chris O' Donnell as G. Callen, Eric Christian Olsen as Marty Deeks, LL Cool J as Sam Hanna, Linda Hunt as Henrietta Lange, Daniela Ruah as Kensi Blye, Renée Felice Smith as Nell Jones, Owen Granger as Miguel Ferrer and Eric Beale as Barrett Foa.

Beyond casting news, plot spoilers have been circulating social media and online community forums recently.

One interesting 'NCIS: Los Angeles' Season 6 spoiler is that the relationship between Deeks and Kensi will be fully explored. However, fans can recall that actress Mercedes Masohn was introduced as Talia on the show, and she was obviously interested in Deeks. This leaves many believing that a love triangle is setup to emerge on the show when it returns.

According to TVGuide, Masohn will appear in the Season 6 premiere as she has already filmed for it.

Additional spoilers go on to say that Season 6 will be action-packed and filled with exciting helicopter and submarine scenes, not to mention explosions.

On a side note, Miguel Ferrer, who plays Granger, posted a photo over social media with the caption, "Hetty and Granger are back." Evidently, the legendary pair is back on the set and ready to continue filming.
