The National Broadcasting Company, better known as NBC, has revealed the list of reality shows that have been renewed for Summer seasons.
NBC has announced that 'American Ninja Warrior' Season 4 will air next year July 14, along with 'Last Comic Standing' Season 9, and 'America's Got Talent' Season 10.
Paul Telegdy, the president of Alternative Late Night Programming For NBC Entertainment, said that the company plans to sustain its their deliverance of quality programming to the viewers with the renewals of the three television series.
"All of the hard-working talented people on these shows -- both behind and in front of the camera -- should feel very proud of their achievements," Telegdy said.
Mel B, Heidi Klum, Howard Stern and Howie Mandel are on the current season's panel of judges on 'America's Got Talent'. It is the second year that the show has the same set of judges, but producers are unsure if all of them will be returning next summer. In Season 9, the show averaged a rating of 3.1 and 12.4 million viewers per episode.
On a side note, the ninth consecutive season of 'America's Got Talent' has the highest number of total viewers for a Summer reality show.
Comedienne Wanda Sykes has been the executive producer for 'Last Comic Standing' since its 2010 season. Although Keenan Ivory Wayans, Roseanne Barr and Russell Peters were great in their first season being judges, averaging 5.1 million viewers, it wouldn't come as a surprise if the show changed the panel, Buddy TV says.
Fans of the popular competition/endurance show 'American Ninja Warrior' can watch its fourth season on NBC which is partnered with Esquire Network.
