LeBron James has decided to leave the Miami Heat on Friday, which has sent shockwaves through the NBA. He will join the Cleveland Cavaliers in a move that is sure to delight his old fans. His move has also shifted focus back to Carmelo Anthony and what his decision will be regarding his future.

James of course was with the Cavaliers earlier in his career, but left in controversial circumstances. He was derided in Cleveland for a long time, but now he appears to have been forgiven and his past abandonment of the Cavaliers forgotten, and they will be excited about arguably the NBA's best player over recent years rejoining them and making them a force to be reckoned with this coming season.

Meanwhile, Anthony is still mulling over his choice as a source told CBSSports.com that it's a three-team race between the Knicks, Bulls, and Lakers. Other sources are certain that Anthony will be re-signing with the Knicks, and one of the reasons why he would supposedly do that is due to the possibility of Pau Gasol signing with New York. It has been reported that Anthony has been encouraging Gasol to come to the Knicks. Pau's brother, Marc Gasol, is also on the Knicks' radar, and there is a possibility that fans will be seeing the Gasol brothers play alongside Anthony in the next season.

On the other hand, Bleacher Report's Jared Zwerling is reporting that Anthony is "heavily weighing" Chicago. CBS' Sports Ken Berger has also confirmed that the Chicago Bulls are not off the table for Anthony.

ESPN.com's Stephen A. Smith is also saying that Anthony signing with the Knicks is far from being a sure thing, "Even though Phil Jackson has offered the small forward a contract that would pay him far more money than the Chicago Bulls at their disposal, the Windy City is on Melo's mind," Smith stated.
