NBA Finals Kick Off Tonight As The Miami Heat Take On The San Antonio Spurs in Game 1 at 9 p.m. ET on ABC

The NBA Finals are one of the most watched events in sports. It, along with the World Series and the Super Bowl, is the most prestigious event in sports. So tonight, as the Miami Heat take on the San Antonio Spurs, who is under the most stress for each team?

For the San Antonio Spurs, it's got to be Tony Parker. The San Antonio offense is multi-dimensional, but it all hinges on the success of Parker. He needs to balance both his long-game & mid-range game, and needs to be able to drive to the rim relentlessly. If the Heat are to be stretched  and confused tonight, Tony Parker needs to be the one to stretch them.

As for the Heat, there's only one possible answer: LeBron. He's the figuredhead of the NBA, winning multiple MVP titles and, as of last year, one NBA title. But, it's more than his success that gives him his pressure. It's his status and stature within the team. When things get hairy, James is the one to pick things up and take over a game.

After his controversial exit from Cleveland a few years ago, the spotlight is, and always will be, squarely on the back of LeBron James. His successes (and more-so his failures), will be the center of attention. It will be interesting to see what happens tonight as the Miami Heat take on the San Antonio Spurs.
