The 2014 NBA Finals have finally arrived, and the championship will be won by either the Miami Heat or the San Antonio Spurs as both teams stormed in the Championship Game, winning their respective Conference Finals series in six games.

The Miami Heat will be looking to win their third consecutive NBA title, after eliminating the Indiana Pacers from postseason contention by the score of 117-92 in Game 6 of the NBA Eastern Conference Finals.

In that game, Lebron James had 25 points and 6 assists to help the Heat advance to the NBA Finals on May 30. The Miami Heat is looking to win to their fourth championship in franchise history.

Meanwhile, the Spurs are looking to win the NBA title for the fifth title in history, after eliminating the Thunder by 112-107 in Game 6 of the NBA Western Conference Championship series on May 31.

Tim Duncan scored 19 points to propel San Antonio to the NBA Finals in what could be his last chance to win his fifth championship ring.

The Spurs now advance to NBA Finals for the sixth time in NBA history. The Spurs are looking to win their first NBA title since 2007, after going to the NBA Finals in two consecutive seasons for the first time in history.

The Spurs look to avenge their loss in the 2013 NBA Finals playoff series when they face the very same Heat that defeated them in a classic Game 7 series last year.

The NBA 2014 Finals will start with Game 1 between the Miami Heat and the San Antonio Spurs on June 5. Games 1 and 2 will take place in San Antonio, with the second game set for June 8.

The series will move to Miami for Games 3 and 4 which take place on June 10 and 12 respectively.

Games 4, 5 and 6 will alternate between San Antonio and Miami, with the Spurs having the luxury of having two of the final three games on home court if needed.
